What you will be doing: Working to scheduled manufacturing targets Processing metal materials through the press brake and drilling machines Using a range of precision machinery (training included) Completing associated paperwork Training staff members alongside the Team Leaders Providing ideas and suggestions to management on any process improvements and general day to day performance Keeping all working areas clean, tidy and following all health and safety guidelines Managing any issues within the team, escalate to Senior management if required What you’ll need: Experience in a manufacturing or production – operating press brake and drilling machines Ability to understanding technical drawings Problem solver with a strong attention to detail A ‘hands-on’ approach Great verbal and written communication skills Is this you?
