Adults - Social Worker Disabilities (Grade11)

Who You Are An experienced Social Worker passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with disabilities. You are adaptable, capable of working independently, and possess a strong commitment to providing excellent care and support. What the job involves You will be responsible for conducting operational work within the Adults Disabilities team. This will involve attending the office base in North Powys and undertaking visits to carry out assessments, support planning, and reviews. Flexible working options are available, but you must be able to travel into Powys as required.
