We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join our dynamic team. This school caters to students aged 13-16 who are at risk of permanent exclusion or struggling to engage in mainstream education. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to the needs of individual students. Foster a supportive and nurturing learning environment. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies. Engage with parents, carers, and external partners to support student development. About the School: Provides a balanced curriculum, including up to 12 GCSEs or industry-equivalent qualifications.
