Finance Manager

Are you an accountant with experience in M&A and/or audit? My client is looking for a Qualified Accountant to lead acquisition forecasting, financial due diligence, and post-completion integration for their dynamic and growing group. Reporting into the Head of Acquisitions, you will oversee a small finance team, prepare strategic financial forecasts, and play a key role in acquisition planning and execution. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate reporting throughout the process Tasks include: Financial due diligence to assess potential acquisitions Preparation of three-year forecasts for assessing potential acquisitions. Liaising and supporting vendors throughout the financial due diligence process Agree completion accounts with the vendor/vendors accountants.
