Job Title: Country Manager – UK Location: United Kingdom Industry: EdTech / Certification / Learning & Development Key Responsibilities: Full P&L ownership for UK operations, driving revenue and profitability Lead branding, market positioning, and business expansion initiatives across the UK Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for certification and EdTech offerings Oversee project delivery, ensuring high-quality client outcomes and timelines Build and lead a high-performing local team across functions Identify and forge strategic partnerships to accelerate growth Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform business decisions Collaborate closely with global leadership to align UK goals with overall business vision Requirements: Proven experience in EdTech, certification, or learning & development sectors Strong background in project management and business operations Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability Prior experience in scaling business in international markets preferred Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
