Audit Manager, South West London | £55,000 – £65,000 | Hybrid Working We are delighted to support a well-established and highly regarded independent firm of Chartered Accountants in Wimbledon as they look to recruit an Audit Manager. The firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality audit, accounts and advisory services to a diverse client portfolio, including corporate groups with turnovers of up to £100 million. This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA or ACCA qualified professional with at least one year of post-qualified experience seeking progression in a supportive and technically strong environment. The Role As Audit Manager, you will work closely with Partners and fellow Managers to deliver statutory audits across a range of sectors. You will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of clients, supervising audit teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work. Key responsibilities include: Managing audits from planning through to completion Reviewing consolidated and group accounts Acting as the main point of contact for client queries and relationship management Supervising and mentoring junior and part-qualified team members Ensuring audit files meet compliance standards Supporting the leadership team on process improvement and staff development The successful candidate will be: ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) Experienced in managing statutory audits across a broad range of businesses Technically strong with sound knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS 102 A confident communicator who enjoys working closely with clients Comfortable supervising teams and supporting the development of junior staff The Benefits Competitive salary in the range of £55,000 – £65,000 Hybrid working model with a minimum of three days in the office Modern South West London offices with excellent transport links Supportive and collaborative team culture Regular training and ongoing professional development Career progression and great staff retention Extensive benefits package This is a firm where your contribution is recognised and your development is genuinely supported.
