Senior Site Manager South Essex £70,000 - £72,500 Package (Car allowance profit share bonus travelling time overtime) Permanent April 2025 The Project The project consists of a £11m New Health Centre in South Essex. Complete fitout to a newly build building. The Contractor The building contractor takes of projects of varied nature, education, local authority, commercial, private residential, health, sports and leisure, embassy and religious buildings. The building contractor has always been known to have an excellent reputation, focusing on the delivery of construction projects ranging from £1m - £15m, including refurbishment, new build and Cut and Carve. The Candidate The Candidate we are looking for is someone who can prove longevity experience working as a Senior Site Manager across varied sectors, on projects of up to 15m value. We are looking for someone who can take this 1 year scheme from start to finish reporting to a Contracts Manager. The candidate we are looking for must be client facing, and be able to manage other management below.
