Clinical Lead

Position: Clinical Lead Location: Ipswich, IP13 Hours: 40 hours per week - Days Salary: £25 per hour x 40 £52,000 per annum Time Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to join their team at an excellent nursing home based in Ipswich. The home is medium sized with 50 beds across 2 floors and caters for dementia, mental health conditions and physical disability. You will over-see a team of well-trained nursing, care, and support staff and be joining an experienced management team. The provider is an innovative, family-run care company with a mission to provide the highest standard of person-centred care to all residents across their 30 homes and services. They are an award-winning provider who have been ranked in the top 20 care providers nationally. The home is currently undergoing a clinical transformation and we are looking for a strong Clinical Lead nurse who can inspire and play a pivotal role in maintaining the exceptional care standards at the facility. Your duties as Clinical Lead will include: - Lead and inspire the care team to deliver outstanding care and support to residents with dementia and elderly care needs. - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans, ensuring they are continuously updated to meet residents' changing needs. - Supervise and mentor staff, promoting professional growth and maintaining a positive working environment. - Collaborate with external healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to resident care. - Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in dementia and elderly care.
