As an Unqualified Supply Teacher, you will step into classrooms to provide cover for short-term teacher absences, ensuring continuity in learning for students. Your responsibilities will include supervising lessons, maintaining classroom discipline, and ensuring that students complete their work as directed. Key Responsibilities: Cover teacher absences across a range of subjects and year groups. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Provide students with guidance and support to complete assigned tasks. Encourage positive student engagement and participation. Ensure students are working in a productive and safe learning environment. What We're Looking For: A passion for working with children and young people. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
