Job Role: Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist Location: Stafford Working period: Full time, will consider part time/ flexible hours Working Hours: Mon – Fri (37.5 hours per week) Assignment period: 3 months (12 weeks) About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dedicated multi-disciplinary team, providing psychological assessment and intervention for individuals with complex mental health needs. You will play a key role in shaping service provision, offering psychological formulations and leading interventions that support individuals in their recovery journey. Key Responsibilities: Conduct specialist psychological assessments and develop evidence-based interventions. Provide psychological support to service users, their families, and carers. Offer consultation, supervision, and training to other professionals within the team. Contribute to service development, research, and audit to improve patient care. Work autonomously within professional guidelines while collaborating with the wider team. What We’re Looking For: HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist. Postgraduate doctoral-level training in Clinical Psychology. Significant experience working with individuals experiencing complex mental health difficulties. Strong skills in psychological assessment, formulation, and therapy. Ability to provide clinical supervision and contribute to service development.
