Adults - Social Worker Older People (Grade 11)

As a Social Worker in the Older People Team North Powys, you will work closely with our friendly team and colleagues across health and social services to deliver strengths-based positive outcomes for older people. Your role will require traveling around a rural area, so the ability to drive is essential. This position offers flexible working options and has an hourly rate of £35.
