Multi-skilled Shift Engineer

Elevation have the pleasure of working with container manufacturing business based in the Worksop area. My client is looking to recruit an experienced Multi-skilled Shift Engineer, to join their well established team with immediate effect. Salary: £45,930Location: Worksop Hours: Days and nights shift pattern- no weekends Benefits: Bonus scheme Advantageous pay Healthcare scheme Sickpay Regular overtime available Duties of a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer: Liasing with production team Working within a manufacturing company, you must be adaptable to this environment Working to a continuous improvement plan to make the business and machinery the best it can be Completing reactive maintenance and PPM’s on a daily basis Completing relevant paperwork in line with ISO’s Ensure machinery downtime is kept to a minimum Install, maintain, test and examine site machinery Understand and work to safe practises Other duties as and when required Desired experience: You must have an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering and would be advantageous if you had a HNC/HND Must have experience within a Multi-skilled shift Engineer role previously Ideally have at least 3 years experience within in a manufacturing environment previously Must be able to work within a team and on own initiative Must have experience of working with breakdowns and PPM’s Have good computer skills Must be able to fault find Ideally have PLC knowledge as new system will be implemented Great communication skills (reading and spoken English is Essential) For further details please contact Beth Roberts at Elevation.
