What You'll Be Doing: Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports Maintaining accurate accounts payable and receivable records Processing invoices and staff expenses promptly and precisely Reconciling supplier accounts and resolving any discrepancies Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes Managing credit card payments and keeping expense systems in check Organising and maintaining vital financial documents and records Communicating with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries Jumping in to help the team with ad hoc projects and tasks What We're Looking For: Some experience in an accounts or finance role is preferred A solid grasp of Excel and basic accounting principles Top-notch attention to detail — because the little things matter Excellent time management and organisational skills A team player with strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude Why You’ll Love It Here: Not only will the successful candidate enjoy a competitive salary, an opportunity to gain professional qualifications and fantastic benefits but this is truly a growing company with big ambitions, which means plenty of room for career development and progression You’ll be joining a collaborative and energetic team, where your ideas are welcome, and your growth is encouraged.
