Why Work Here? £75,000 - £90,000 dependent on experience Clear progression with partnership potential Hybrid working model Flexible working hours (inc start & finish times) - ideal for a great work-life balance Part-time considered - min. 3 days/week Annual bonus tied to company performance 25 days holiday bank holidays 5.5% matched pension The Job As Corporate Tax Director or Senior Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for: Supporting Directors and Partners on high-value tax advisory projects Reviewing compliance work and acting as the technical backstop Leading on corporate tax technical development across the team Managing a diverse portfolio with a focus on advisory, not just compliance Helping grow the business - pipeline building, spotting upsell opportunities Advising on R&D tax claims, capital allowances and structure planning Turning legislation into real-world strategies for clients You As Corporate Tax Director or Senior Manager, you’ll be skilled and/or qualified in the following: CTA qualified - essential Proven Director/Manager - level experience Hands-on with clients - you've run portfolios and delivered advice directly Comfortable challenging and reviewing others' work Deep corporate tax knowledge - can turn complexity into clarity You lead by example - high output, sharp thinking, no ego Approachable, team-first, and willing to share your knowledge You keep your tax knowledge updated, not out-of-date At Three Bridges Recruitment, two of our core values are "striving for brilliance" and "relatability".
