We are now looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality financial services. If you have a keen eye for detail, experience with Xero, and a passion for accounting, this could be the perfect opportunity for you Benefits: Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (37.5-hour week) Hybrid Working: Up to 2 days per week from home (after 3-month office-based period) Company Pension Scheme with Legal & General (standard stakeholder contributions) Health Insurance Key Responsibilities: Preparing and processing accounts Completing VAT returns Processing payroll Conducting bank reconciliations Managing Xero accounting software Supporting general finance tasks as required What We’re Looking For: 3 to 4 years of experience in an accounting role AAT or equivalent, will consider QBE Strong experience using Xero Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Locations commutable from: Cheltenham, Cirencester, Evesham, Morton-in-Marsh, Stow-on-the-Wold
