Building Surveyor - Woolwich (Outside IR35)

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Building Surveyor to conduct fabric condition surveys of a healthcare property in Woolwich. This contract role will run for approximately 5/6 months, requiring expertise in building fabric assessments and data collection. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive fabric condition surveys of a healthcare property. Utilise a handheld device and asset capture software to record survey data accurately. Assess and document the condition of building elements, identifying any defects or maintenance requirements. Work efficiently and independently to complete the surveys within the project timeframe. Requirements: Proven experience in building surveying, ideally within healthcare or similar environments. Strong knowledge of building fabric elements, defects, and maintenance requirements. Experience using handheld data collection devices and asset capture software. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and strong reporting skills. Outside IR35
