Main Duties: Tax Return & Advice Management: Coordinate and manage the completion of personal tax filings, guaranteeing accuracy and timely delivery. Client Relationship Handling: Deliver expert support and insightful tax guidance to a varied group of clients. Strategic Tax Planning: Spot opportunities for tax efficiencies and recommend beneficial strategies. Team Oversight: Guide, support, and inspire junior staff, maintaining excellence across outputs. Process Supervision: Facilitate weekly team meetings, oversee task distribution, and streamline operational systems. Specialist Knowledge: Investigate advanced tax scenarios, liaise with regulatory bodies (ICAEW, ACCA, CTA), and remain current with changes in tax legislation. Growth & Engagement: Draft and present tax-saving plans, formal advice, and comprehensive client summaries. Content Creation: Produce monthly written content for the website and digital platforms to support business growth. Skill Building: Assist in developing junior colleagues by promoting a culture of ongoing education and support.
