Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,107 per week

Certification Details BLS from American Red Cross Job Details Job Description: Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment. General job duties include evaluating and re-evaluating assigned patients either as Outpatient or Inpatient. Plan and implement an ongoing therapeutic physical therapy program as prescribed by the ordering physician. Regularly update treatment plan and home exercise program, independently manage a full caseload, and be knowledgeable about when to perform re-evaluations based off insurance authorization. Must be able to work Hawaii State and Federal Holidays as necessary based on hospital operations. Equipment utilized in the department includes EMR Net Health Therapy and Meditech. Job Requirements Must have Hawaii License by start of assignment. Minimum 2 years' work experience in the following settings working with adults (Outpatient and Acute). Required skills include knowledge of therapeutic physical therapy programs. Schedule Information Shift: Mon-Fri 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Unit Specific Information Coverage in Rehab and Acute Rehab.
