The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager (2-4 years PQE) with strong expertise in audit, accounts, and tax to lead a team and manage a portfolio of clients. This role offers a clear pathway to senior leadership, with the opportunity to shape both client strategy and firm growth. Key Responsibilities Plan, oversee, and review audits for a diverse range of clients, ensuring compliance with UK auditing standards Review and finalise financial statements, advising clients on financial reporting and business performance Provide corporate and personal tax advice, ensuring compliance and identifying tax-saving opportunities Mentor and manage a team of accountants, ensuring high-quality service delivery Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and offering strategic financial insights Identify and pursue growth opportunities for the firm through networking and client engagement Key Requirements ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience Strong technical expertise across audit, accounts, and tax Experience managing audits from planning to completion Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong client relationship management and business development experience Commercial awareness and the ability to provide value-added advisory services What's on Offer?
