Join our LPO team as a Senior Analyst and become a key player in shaping business outcomes through advanced data analysis and client consulting. What You'll Do: Client Consulting & Communication Lead client communication on LPO projects; respond to queries professionally and promptly. Present insights in a clear, compelling way — both written and verbal. Build and nurture basic client relationships while supporting meetings and calls. Propose smart solutions to project-specific challenges and help prevent future issues. Reporting & Storytelling Independently prepare reports with impactful, consultative storytelling. Go beyond data — craft conclusions, recommendations, and insights that matter. Avoid overly technical jargon and focus on clarity and value. Analytics & Methodology Become an expert in LPO methodology, simulators, and tools. Handle in-market data (NIQ and more), develop SKU lists, run calibrations, and interpret results. Demonstrate critical thinking through adjustments and overrides based on business context. Project Management Take ownership of LPO project execution from start to finish. Ensure all deliverables meet both internal and client deadlines. Collaborate smoothly across teams (Operations, Activation, Statisticians, ADs). Thought Leadership & Integration Begin to advise on broader client business questions, particularly around innovation and pricing. Combine insights from multiple NIQ data sources for integrated recommendations. Mentorship & Leadership Lead by example — support and train junior analysts, and informally mentor where possible. Actively share knowledge and seek feedback to grow as a team and as an individual.
