Your goal: Ensuring successful and smooth delivery of projects Engagement: Full-time Main responsibilities: Creating and executing a project roadmap, taking into account client’s expectations and requirements, available resources, internal assumptions and recommendations, Ongoing project management: supervising progress, managing schedules, creating action plans, identifying risks, foreseeing bottlenecks and blockers, gathering necessary knowledge and resources, Leading an open and transparent communication between the client and the team, including: hosting and moderating meetings, sharing notes and summaries, reporting on progress, keeping the project tools up to date, assisting and educating clients when needed. Requirements for the role: At least 5 years of previous experience of working as a project manager in a tech company, Excellent communication and English skills (at least C1), A hands-on, get things done attitude (we seek an engaged contributor, not just a facilitator), Profound understanding of the software development process and experience with diverse project management methodologies, Excellent analytical and organizational skills: ability to understand and maneuver through demanding project requirements, schedules, and organizational structures, Flexibility needed to work with US based clients. Nice-to-haves: Experience as a business consultant, analyst, product manager or engineer. AgilePM, Scrum Master or Product Owner certificate. What do we offer?
