Business Intelligence Engineer - Data Analytics

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support our client success team. The senior business analyst will work with a Domain Consultant and own the delivery of solutions. They are critical in framing analysis requirements, assessing data availability, and leading solution development. The Senior Business Analyst works with a team of data analysts in delivering quality outputs to our clients. Responsibilities : Technical Leadership : - Oversee the technical aspects of BI tool implementation, ensuring scalability, reliability, and effectiveness. Project Coordination : - Work closely with sales and data teams to identify potential projects, participate in proposal development, and ensure project requirements are met. BI Strategy Development : - Contribute to the development of the BI strategy, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. Data Analysis and Reporting : - Lead efforts in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Client Engagement : - Engage with clients to understand BI needs and offer solutions aligned with their business objectives. Team Collaboration : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution, from proposal to final delivery. Training and Development : - Provide training and guidance to team members on BI tools and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Requirements : - Proven 2 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, with a strong background in Tableau. - Expertise in BI tools and platforms (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView). - Strong analytical skills, project management, and coordination skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams. - Business development experience is highly desirable (ref:hirist.tech)
