The Role The role will involve managing your own caseload from quotation to completion, including: Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property/new builds Sale/purchase of shared ownership Right to Buy Transfer of Equity New Leases Part exchange properties Mortgages and Re-mortgages Lease extensions and enfranchisement Declarations of Trust Providing cover for other conveyancers from time to time.
