TIG Welder Rotating Day/Late Salary: £18.02 Wigston (LE18) PERMANENT JOB :- No Part Time or Student Options Urgent moving quickly We are looking for a TIG Welding Wizard who can weld a clean line that doesn't look like a pigeon did it. For this role, you need TIG welding experience within aerospace or equivalent sector & working with aluminium as a minimum. You will be welding 1mm - 5mm thickness on average, on a variety of components from aerospace to industrial to castings. This role is working on a rotating shift pattern as below: Days (Mon to Thurs 05:45 - 13:45, Friday 05:45-10:45) Late (Mon to Thurs 13:45 - 21:45, Fridays 10:45 - 15:45) What do you get out of this? Basic of £14.89 shift premium - £18.02p/hr (paid on both shifts) Pay rising to £18.72 after probation Enhanced rate for overtime Quarterly discretionary bonus. Proper benefits package.
