You will be part of an innovative project and a growing, diverse team Let’s talk Roles & Responsibilities Looking after client's hotel portfolio and ensuring the onboarding process is followed on a project/hotel basis. Follow internal procedures for content (review and administrative). Be in touch with several internal departments when needed to ensure procedures are followed and projects advance. Requirements Great level of English. Must be able to effectively communicate with clients (tourism background or customer service experience is a plus). Must have access to a stable internet connection. We Offer Hybrid (60/40 basis) – our brand-new office is located in the upcoming area of Son Rossinyol just outside of Palma: well-connected with public transportation, free parking, and with supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants to be explored on your break or after-work gatherings.
