Job Description Job Description Project Coordinator 2 Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Coordinator 2 to support the successful execution of projects and programs within our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for providing daily support to maintain project documentation, coordinating meetings, producing project reports, and assisting with general office tasks. The ideal candidate will be effective in time management, capable of managing multiple tasks, and fostering positive working relationships with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Assist with implementation of assigned projects and programs to achieve organizational strategic goals. Manage small or low complexity project tasks with minimal supervision while coordinating various aspects of project execution. Provide project documentation, including meeting agendas, minutes, scheduling of meetings, and status reports using standardized tools. Monitor project budgets, coordinate capital purchasing, and track operational expenditures as needed for project success. Develop process maps and recommend solutions to enhance process efficiencies and workflows. Facilitate project-related communication through the development of materials such as emails, brochures, and other documentation. Run reports and analyze data to support project work, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of results. Plan, coordinate, and facilitate meetings and trainings for project stakeholders as appropriate. Perform individual project tasks and modules while contributing to team objectives. Provide general office and administrative support as assigned. Qualifications: Preferred Education: Associate's degree OR equivalent education and experience in healthcare, project management, business/clinical operations, or information technology. Preferred Experience: Education in Project Management methodology based on Project Management principles is desired. At least three years of demonstrated work experience in organizing, facilitating, and assisting with planning a project or business/clinical operations. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks while meeting deadlines. Proficiency in developing and maintaining documentation for projects using standardized tools. Familiarity with budget coordination and operational expenditure management is an asset. Effective communication skills, including the ability to develop professional materials such as project emails, brochures, and reports. Strong analytical skills to generate insights from project data and reports. Additional Requirements: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal staff across all levels, external vendors, and other partners. Excellent problem-solving and process improvement skills to support project completion and enhance operational effectiveness. Flexibility and adaptability to undertake other duties as assigned in support of team goals.
