Floor Foreman – Restroom Trailer Production ( must have significant full-life cycle single-family new construction experience ) Job Overview: The Floor Foreman oversees daily production on the shop floor, ensuring restroom trailers are built to specifications, on schedule, and meet quality standards. This hands-on leadership role requires experience in new residential construction and team supervision. Key Responsibilities: Supervise & Lead Crew – Assign tasks, train team members, and enforce safety protocols. Ensure Quality & Efficiency – Inspect work, resolve issues, and optimize workflow. Production Oversight – Keep jobs on schedule, adjust as needed, and communicate with management. Material & Tool Management – Ensure supplies are available and equipment is maintained. Safety & Compliance – Enforce OSHA regulations and maintain a safe work environment. Leadership: Passionate about being a Servant Leader, engendering a positive, team-player culture along with a strong desire to teach, mentor, coach, and cultivate the team.
