Locum Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Cardiology in Washington

Job Title: Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner Job Specialty: Cardiology Job Duration: At least 6 months Shift: Day - 8x5 - 09AM, Monday-Friday and call every 3rd weekend (8 hours Saturday and Sunday) Guaranteed Hours: 8 Experience: Stress test experience required License: Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Board Certification Job Description: - Provide full-time coverage in a Cardiology department. - Perform stress tests and assess patient responses. - Handle 8 patient encounters per shift. - Participate in the on-call rotation every third weekend. - Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility policies. - Attend scheduled orientation of 164.07 hours. - Assist with the development of patient care plans. - Document patient histories and progress accurately. - Use evidence-based practices in patient care. - Commit to ongoing professional development.
