Exciting Opportunity for Pastry Chef – Join a Prestigious Catering Team Are you a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef looking for an exciting new role? We are seeking an enthusiastic Pastry Chef to join our client's prestigious catering team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, work in a supportive and creative environment, and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences. In this role, you will ensure excellent quality across all pastry and dessert offerings while assisting with preparation, presentation, and seasonal menu development. You will have the opportunity to help manage food costs, support revenue goals, and comply with food hygiene, allergen, and safety regulations. Maintaining a clean and organised pastry section will be essential to your role, along with developing creative pastry dishes for conference menus. You must wear a clean, laundered uniform daily and support the Head Chef and Senior Pastry Chef in daily operations. Additionally, you will perform any other duties reasonably required in this role.
