You will work with produce grown and raised on site and use that to create an amazing guest experience. What's involved? Supporting the Head Chef and overseeing kitchen operations. Maintaining 2 AA Rosette Standards Supervising and guiding junior staff. Preparing and cooking dishes to high standards. Contributing to menu development and innovation. Managing inventory and minimising waste. Ensuring kitchen cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards. Checking dish quality before service.
