The Role: As a key member of the Executive Team , you will: Shape and deliver financial strategy, supporting the organisation’s mission. Oversee financial management, including budgeting, reporting, and payroll . Ensure compliance with charity finance regulations, VAT, and governance. Lead the Finance Assistant and oversee business support functions. Support funding applications, grant reporting, and financial modelling. What We’re Looking For: ?? ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 3 years' experience in a finance leadership role. Strong knowledge of charity finance, VAT, and compliance . Excellent systems skills, including Excel and financial software integration .
