HEAD OF LEGAL Location : North West London (5 days a week in office) Salary: From £120,000 Duration: 18-month fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent employment Are you ready to take the next step in your legal career? Our client, a leading player in the wholesale industry, is on the lookout for a dynamic Head of Legal to become a vital part of their London team. What You'll Do : Lead a talented legal team, driving excellence in legal matters across the organisation. Provide strategic legal advice and briefings to the senior leadership team and board. Coordinate, negotiate, and review commercial contracts, including supplier and partnership agreements. Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions to support business growth. Keep your finger on the pulse by monitoring legal and regulatory changes that impact the company. Experienced required : A qualification as a solicitor or barrister in England & Wales (minimum 6 years PQE). Significant post-qualification experience leading legal teams, ideally within the wholesale, retail, or FMCG sectors. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders. A proactive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality legal solutions.
