Operations Manager / Head of Operations / Quality Engineer required to join a leading electromechanical manufacturer with a worldwide presence. The successful Operations Manager / Head of Operations / Quality Engineer will focus on delivering operational excellence across manufacturing, profit & loss, health & safety and more for products such as electric motors, gearboxes, pumps, and other electromechanical / rotating equipment. The successful Operations Manager / Head of Operations / Quality Engineer will have experience in operations, manufacturing, commercial management, profit & loss, health & safety or similar within electromechanical rotating equipment i.e. pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressed air or similar. Package £60,000 - £65,000 Bonus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension Phone & laptop Additional benefits Operations Manager / Head of Operations / Quality Engineer Role Will focus on delivering operational excellence across manufacturing, profit & loss, health & safety and more for products such as electric motors, gearboxes, pumps, and other electromechanical / rotating equipment. Will be responsible for P&L, budget and commercial responsibility, in line with forecast and financial expectations. Oversee the management of projects and procedures involving electric motors, gearboxes and pumps Work closely with the service department to ensure an excellent standard of after-sales service. Office based near Sheffield Liaise with various engineering departments. Operations Manager / Head of Operations / Quality Engineer Requirements Experience as an Operations Manager, Head of Operations, Business Manager, Works Manager, Engineering Manager, Project Manager, Operations Lead, Manufacturing Manager or similarwithin a electromechanical engineering environment. Willideallyhave experience working with a rotating equipment / machinery environment with a good working knowledge of pumps, motors, and or gearboxes. Will be able to demonstrate experience and understanding of managing commercial acumen, Profit & Loss, Budget control and more. A technical mechanical or electrical engineering qualification would be advantageous Full clean driving license. Willingness to operate from the office near Sheffield ADZN1_UKTJ
