Team Lead - Full Stack C# Inside IR35 - Fully remote Our client are seeking an experienced Team Lead - Full Stack C# to join their team on a fully remote basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects within the financial services sector, with a focus on high-performance backend systems and scalable microservices architecture. Role Overview: Managing a small team of offshore developers , working on the BAU stream – supporting with live issues, managing the delivery of new and legacy system BAU work. Key Responsibilities: Managing team of offshore developers Develop and enhance backend systems using C#.NET Core. Build and maintain microservices architecture. Create dynamic and responsive user interfaces using Angular 16. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and scalability. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience of managing a team of offshore developers Strong commercial experience with C#.NET Core. Proficiency with Angular 16 for frontend development. Proven experience of managing offshore teams Solid understanding of Microservices architecture. Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
