Key Responsibilities Define and implement operational strategies aligning with the company's objectives. Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound logistics, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, and outbound distribution. Ensure operational KPIs are met and exceeded, driving efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence. Lead and develop Senior Operations Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance. Drive talent development and succession planning to build strong organisational leadership capabilities. Promote an inclusive and engaged workforce, ensuring a positive and productive working environment. Skills & Expertise Strong strategic and analytical thinking capabilities. Advanced proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and data analytics tools. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Comprehensive knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance standards.
