A leading accountancy firm in Birmingham is looking for a Mixed Tax Manager to take ownership of a diverse portfolio and play a key role in business growth. ?? The Role: As a Mixed Tax Manager , you will work across corporate tax and private client tax , advising businesses, directors, and HNWIs on tax planning, compliance, and strategic structuring. ? Manage a varied tax portfolio , including owner-managed businesses (OMBs), SMEs, HNWIs, trusts, and partnerships? Deliver high-quality corporate tax and personal tax compliance services? Provide advisory services on IHT, CGT, corporate restructures, R&D tax credits, and business succession planning? Act as a trusted client advisor , identifying opportunities for tax efficiency and business growth? Work closely with partners to support business development and team leadership? Stay updated on evolving tax legislation and ensure clients remain compliant �? What We're Looking For: ?? CTA, ATT, ACA, ACCA qualified (or equivalent experience)?? Strong background in corporate & personal tax within an accountancy practice?? Experience managing client relationships and delivering strategic tax advice?? Excellent leadership and communication skills?? Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with senior leadership
