Commercial & IT Solicitor – Senior Associate (5 PQE) – Bristol A leading Legal 100 firm in Bristol is seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor to join its dynamic Commercial & IT team. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile, complex commercial and ICT projects , including outsourcing agreements and commercial contracts, for a diverse range of clients. Key responsibilities Provide expert legal advice to both public and private sector clients on commercial and IT-related matters Lead on significant outsourcing transactions and contractual projects Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial and IT contracts Supervise and mentor junior team members What experience is required? 5 years PQE with strong experience in commercial law Proven ability to handle contract negotiation and drafting , particularly in IT or technology law Excellent team-working skills and a proactive approach to collaboration What's in it for you?
