Telesales Team Leader, Newcastle (office based) £30,000 - £32,000 per year uncapped commission & bonus scheme We’re seeking an ambitious and dynamic Telesales Team Leader with a passion for sales, leadership, and driving success. If you’re experienced in outbound sales management, have a talent for motivating teams and want to earn uncapped commission and bonuses, this is the opportunity for you You’ll be responsible for building, training and leading a high-performing telesales team focused on outbound cold calling to business owners. Your team will identify opportunities, explain how our clients innovative communication solutions can save businesses over 30% annually and set qualified appointments for field-based Business Executives. Person Criteria: Proven experience as a team leader or manager in outbound telesales or cold calling Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team Results-driven mindset and passion for exceeding targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 2 years in outbound sales or appointment setting (essential) 1 year in telesales management or team leadership (required) Salary & Benefits: Competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £32,000, depending on experience Uncapped commission and bonus structure with realistic OTE of £50,000 28 days holiday, pension scheme, and additional perks Ongoing training, coaching, and career development A supportive environment where your success drives our growt Company pension Monday to Friday schedule (no weekends)
