Assistant Restaurant Manager

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar Assistant Restaurant Manager or supervisory role in a high-end seafood or fine-dining restaurant. Hospitality or restaurant management qualification is an advantage. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of POS systems, stock control, and financial management. Passion for the hospitality industry and seafood cuisine. Work Conditions: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a high-energy environment.
