Job Title: Technical Advisor - Unica Job Description: As a Technical Advisor at HCL Software, you will leverage your technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills to provide strategic advice and support for our Unica Suite and related technologies. Your role will be pivotal in driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and success by offering both pre-sales and post-sales guidance. Key Responsibilities: Product Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep, hands-on understanding of the Unica Suite and related technologies. Provide expert technical guidance to clients and prospects, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities. Address technical queries with precision and troubleshoot issues efficiently, ensuring optimal solution delivery. Customer Support: Work closely with sales teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle. Assist clients in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Unica solutions to meet their specific needs. Provide best practice recommendations to help clients maximize the value of their Unica investment. Training and Documentation: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions for clients and internal teams, focusing on Unica’s features and capabilities. Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including FAQs, knowledge base articles, and user guides to enhance client and internal team success. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with clients, identifying their unique needs and providing personalized, impactful solutions. Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients leverage Unica to achieve their business objectives and drive long-term success. Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new Unica features and enhancements. Actively contribute to improving Unica-related processes and offerings to continuously enhance the value delivered to clients. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field. Proven experience in technical support , consulting , or a similar role. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with Unica or other marketing automation platforms is highly desirable.
