ODEON Tours Destination Services and Destinations Management provides services to tour operators from Belarus and other CIS countries, Czech Republic, Estonia, Balkan countries, Germany, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Switzerland, Türkiye and Ukraine with its own destination services companies in Türkiye, Egypt, Thailand, UAE, Spain, Greece and Vietnam. We are looking for a “Contract Assistant Specialist” following qualifications; At least 4-years working experience. Travel agency or hotel experience in contracting or pricing, Good knowledge of German Market & Competitiours Ensure that contract updates made correctly (SPO, EB, Stop Sales etc.), assisting Reservation Department. Contacting hotels to prepare special campaigns for our clients, Last minute offers, Flashsales and our own campaigns. Ensure that analyse market trends and identify new streams of business, Control sales and review of reservations , Manage and analyze occupancy and availability at destination. Good knowledge of MS Office, Good level of English, Located in Tenerife Good communication skills, able to explain complex situations in a simple way, Ability to manage multiple tasks and strong daily follow up skills, Ability to work under time pressure and with strict deadlines, Result oriented, good team player, well-disciplined and well organized
