ODEON Tours Destination Services and Destinations Management provides services to tour operators from Belarus and other CIS countries, Czech Republic, Estonia, Balkan countries, Germany, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Switzerland, Türkiye and Ukraine with its own destination services companies in Türkiye, Egypt, Thailand, UAE, Spain, Greece and Vietnam. We are looking for a “Reservation Assistant Specialist” following qualifications; At least 4-years working experience. Travel agency or hotel experience for reservation process Manage stop sales , reservations and allotment control Manage incidents and complaints Good knowledge of MS Office, Good level of English, Located in Tenerife Good communication skills, able to explain complex situations in a simple way, Ability to manage multiple tasks and strong daily follow up skills, Ability to work under time pressure and with strict deadlines, Result oriented, good team player, well-disciplined and well organized.
