Director of Enterprise Analytics & Business Intelligence

Position Overview: As the Director of Enterprise Analytics & Business Intelligence at Dutch Bros, you'll partner with business leaders to drive data-driven decision making and value realization through actionable insights. The leader will lead the technology aspect of data and analytics including implementation and optimization of data management and analytical tools. The role requires a good understanding of data architecture and emerging trends in data trends to be able to drive value. You'll translate complex business requirements into scalable analytics solutions while building a best-in-class business intelligence practice. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data science or in related field, required 10 years in data analytics/BI 5 years leadership experience Proven experience with Snowflake implementation, PowerBI enterprise deployment Analytics team leadership Proven experience or experience with ETL, Building out Data Products, Data Lake, Datawarehouse Knowledge of ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, DBT, Databricks Center of Excellence development Track record of successful enterprise projects Lead the translation of business requirements into logical, physical design for developing data products as needed, report design and development Develop end to end business intelligence center of excellence to support best practices and enabling self service reporting Work closely with other Technology peers and Business teams to guide solution development and implementation Conduct training and support for junior developers and build a high performing team. Facilitate people's development proactively A self starter with strong work ethic and business acumen A strong team player able to work with team members, vendors across all levels Current knowledge of using Tableu, PowerBI and or other Experience working with business functions like finance, marketing, Sales and others where you have garnered a deep understanding of key business processes to drive results Location Requirement: This role is located in the Greater Phoenix area. This position is required to be in office 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs); Fridays are optional remote work days.
