Job Description Job Description We are in the search of a meticulous and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Healthcare sector, based in Kannapolis, North Carolina. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with the smooth handling of customer applications, ensuring the upkeep of precise customer records, and tackling customer inquiries. Additionally, you will oversee customer accounts and execute necessary actions. Responsibilities: • Ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications. • Uphold precise records of customer credit information. • Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions. • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required. • Manage both inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and order entry tasks. • Schedule appointments as per customer requirements. • Use Email for correspondence with customers providing them with necessary information and updates. • Operate ServiceNow and Infor applications for customer service operations. • Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service, with a focus on providing exceptional support and assistance to patients and healthcare workers. • Proficient in Data Entry, with the ability to input and manage patient information accurately and efficiently. • Excellent Email Correspondence skills, capable of drafting, editing, and sending detail-oriented emails to patients, healthcare workers, and colleagues. • Experienced in handling both Inbound and Outbound Calls, ensuring all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and in a detail-oriented manner. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, used for data management, report generation, and documentation. • Experience in Order Entry, ensuring all patient orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. • Ability to Schedule Appointments, coordinating with patients and healthcare workers to ensure efficient scheduling. • Familiarity with the ServiceNow Application, using it to track and manage customer service requests and incidents. • Knowledge of Infor software, using it for various administrative and patient management tasks.
