Job Description
If you are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain valuable experience working with students with special educational needs? Are you considering a future career as an Educational Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, or within Clinical Psychology? If so, this opportunity could be ideal for you. We are working with a highly supportive and inclusive school in Greenwich that provides excellent training and guidance for staff. Requirements: A patient, empathetic, and understanding approach to working with students. A keen interest in supporting students with SEND. Flexibility and adaptability in a school environment. A valid DBS check registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for a new one). Previous experience working with children or adults with SEND is beneficial but not essential. Responsibilities: Supporting the learning and development of students in the classroom. Providing one-to-one and small-group interventions as required. Collaborating with teachers and support staff to maintain a positive and productive learning environment. Upholding school policies, including behaviour management procedures. The pay range advertised is based on employment through an umbrella company.
