Description The Head of Reward opportunity will be responsible for running the reward function with 1 assistant. The role will be hands-on and include harmonising the reward offering following the acquisition of a business. Profile The ideal candidate will be a proven Reward professional, ideally with a background in harmonising terms and running complex commission models.
