Are you an experienced Family Law Solicitor with 2-5 years of PQE looking to advance your career? Join this dynamic Family team at its Telford office About the Role: My client is seeking a skilled and proactive Solicitor to handle a diverse range of Family and matrimonial matters. You will be managing a wholly private caseload, including: Divorce and financial disputes Pre- and post-nuptial agreements Cohabitation disputes/agreements Child arrangements and disputes, including grandparents' rights Child abduction/adoption cases Non-molestation and occupation orders You'll also provide guidance and technical expertise to colleagues and contribute to business development initiatives. To be considered: A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2-5 years of PQE Strong technical skills in Family Law A team player with excellent professional judgement and a client-focused approach Exceptional organisational skills to manage a large caseload effectively Commercial awareness and the drive to support the firm’s growth What is on offer?
