Marketing Executive

Job Title: Marketing/Design Executive Location: Northampton (On-site) Salary: £26-30k (DOE) No sponsorship offered for this role Our client is a growing and innovative company in the Finance sector seeking a Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness and lead generation through multichannel campaigns. This role offers the opportunity to manage email marketing, social media, content creation, and campaign analysis while contributing to overall marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute finance and sector-specific marketing campaigns to drive lead generation. Manage the email marketing programme, including design, copy, and performance tracking. Oversee social media content across LinkedIn and Facebook. Create marketing assets, including landing pages, advertisements, and documentation templates. Assist in organising exhibitions and events, including attendance if required. Collaborate with the CRM developer to analyse campaign performance. Produce vendor support materials to promote financial offerings. Support additional marketing and design activities as needed.Requirements: Experience in a marketing role, with a focus on digital campaigns. Proficiency in email marketing and social media management. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.
