Maths Teacher (QTS) - CR3 - Exciting Opportunity Location: CR3, Croydon Start Date: ASAP Salary: MPS/UPS (Based on Experience) Duration: Start ASAP until end of school year Prospero Teaching are recruiting for an Maths Teacher to join an independent SEN school in the Whyteleafe area (Surrey), who specialise in supporting children and young people (7 - 18 years old) with Autism, Learning Difficulties, Social/Emotional/Mental Health, Communication, PTSD and Anxiety and additional needs The Role: Teaching KS2, KS3 & KS4 Maths Planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire a love for Maths and Problem Solving Providing tailored support to students of all abilities Working as part of a close-knit and dedicated team The Ideal Candidate: The successful applicant will have: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent UK Classroom Experience Previous SEN Experience Ability to plan and deliver high quality, engaging lessons Excellent classroom management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with staff, parents and students Up to date safeguarding certificate issues within the last yearAn Enhanced Child or Child & Adult Workforce barred list DBS Certificate registered on the update service. Eligibility: Right to work in the UK Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply) Two professional child-related references Prospero Teaching is acting as an employment business/education recruitment agency in relation to this vacancy.
