JOB – Maintenance Engineer LOCATION – Stoke-On-Trent TERM – Permanent SALARY – £35,000 - £45,000, dependent on experience My client is a specialist manufacturer within the Energy sector. They are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Stoke-On-Trent on a permanent basis. The Maintenance Engineer will ideally have the following attributes: Time Served Apprenticeship in Engineering / Manufacturing Experienced working in Food Manufacture ideally A confident Electrical and Mechanical skillset A solid understanding of commercial electrical and plumbing work An Electrical Apprenticeship / NVQ / HNC / HND / BTEC / Degree qualification would also be beneficial Excellent organisational and communication skills Proven ability to work effectively in a team A flexible and proactive attitude towards work The Maintenance Engineer role will involve: Being proactive in ensuring the smooth running of all equipment and building maintenance PPM and breakdown avoidance Ensuring documentation is maintained, site reviews are managed and Health & Safety standards are met Overseeing the maintenance budget and stock control Ensuring efficiency and a high standard of work is met throughout the site Working with others and being an excellent team player If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up to date CV as soon as possible, along with your availability and your salary expectation
